- Cook 2 cups rice in 4 cups water in the rice cooker.
- Set a timer for 30 minutes.
- When the timer goes off, fill a 1L bowl with frozen broccoli or frozen cauliflower, plus frozen pea mix. Set in the microwave for 7 minutes.
- Crack 6 eggs into a bowl and whip with a fork. Scramble in a pan.
- Add eggs, rice, and veggies to pot. Fry gently. Add a generous amount of Soya sauce.
- Makes 3 trays. Freeze immediately.
