I had written a little bit of text documenting a piece of physics at work. This text was just stuck in a git repo that nobody would ever read and would get rotted.
but a quick lunchroom discussion led to an opportunity for me to collaborate, and that led to me re-stating and sending this info to 3 three people.
feels like lockss. not just important to do stuff and write doumentation. also just telling people who can carry the torch even if the physical medium is not present, there’s a thread of information for someone knows about that they can pull on. forming that graph
